Strength & Conditioning Registration
Welcome to the registration page for the 2020 Spring Strength & Conditioning program! This program is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis and space in each strength group is extremely limited.
 
Players can register into one of two "Strength Groups" with players in their same age group. All training sessions take place immediately before indoor team practices or the Youth Clinics at Harker.

  • Strength Group #1 (8:45 am - 9:45 am)
  • Strength Group #2 (10:45 am - 11:45 am)

Program FAQ's:
Question: What is the goal of Bay to Bay Strength & Conditioning?
Answer: Our strength and conditioning programs goal is threefold: injury prevention, increasing vertical jump, and developing foundational strength and athleticism in our athletes.
 
Question: Does Strength & Conditioning interfere with the indoor club season?
Answer: No! Our strength and conditioning program has zero interference with the Bay to Bay indoor schedule or beach club schedule. There are multiple Strength Groups available each weekend that coordinate with each teams indoor practice schedule.
 
Question: What ages can participate in the program?
Answer: All ages! We have multiple programs that are designed with each age group in mind.
 
18-15 year olds: For these athletes our strength and conditioning program combines agility and movement drills to maximize power production and force created. Athletes learn proper mechanics of jumping and landing, olympic lifts, and a variety of other general strength and agility training exercises.
 
14-12 year olds: Our strength and conditioning program is modified for players 14-under to focus on footwork, coordination, and the fundamentals of sustainable movement. Players in this age group will not utilize weighted movements that are seen in our elder age groups.

Not a problem! We focus on getting the fundamentals down first so that all of our athletes are comfortable and confident in the weight room.
