As a Palmetto Gold Alumnus, you have an important part to play in the continuing success of our scholarship program. In 2002 the Palmetto Gold Steering Committee pledged to award a $1000 scholarship to a recipient in each of the state’s Board-approved RN programs. We began with 18 programs and today have grown to over 30 Board-approved RN programs. With the increasing cost of education, we would like to be able to offer our scholarships at the $1,500 level. As our commitment to students increases so does our need to raise additional support. As a nurse leader recognized for your exceptional “CARE” for our profession and patients, we invite you to “SHARE” your gifts with our future generation of nurses.
