LICENSEE'S NEW 12 HOUR ALLOTMENT WILL BEGIN AT LICENSEE'S NEW START TIME, PUSH OR PULL AND ANY TIME AFTER THAT NEW 12 HOUR ALLOTTED WILL INCUR OVERTIME CHARGES. I understand that if my request to add said TIME-SHIFT is submitted less than 21 days in advance of the booking, I will be held responsible for payment based on the rental and cancellation terms stated on the original agreement submitted. Licensee also agrees that TIME-SHIFTS paid for in advances is non-refundable.
