The Pen Extra Newsletter Classified Ad Request Form

To place a classified ad in Extra section of The Pen newsletter, please review the rules and complete the form below. For questions, contact Human Resources by email employee.communications@pinellascounty.org or by phone at (727) 464-3367.

Classified Ad Rules

  1. All County employees, active or retired, permanent or temporary, may submit ads for the classified ad section of the monthly The Pen
  2. The deadline is the first of the month for the newsletter published mid-month.
  3. Ads will be published one time on a space-available basis according to the date and time received.
  4. Requests for repeat ads must be re-submitted each time.
  5. Only personal items can be advertised. Business ads, commercial ads or ads providing services are not acceptable.
  6. Use home phone or address or personal email address. Work numbers/addresses cannot be included.
The Pen reserves the right to edit ads for appropriateness, length and content.
