- Voice calls to PSTN or Cellular Numbers are billed at $0.77 per minute
- Voice calls to Iridium, Iridium Short Codes, or Voicemail are billed at $0.62 per minute
- Voice calls received through Iridium 2-Stage Dialing or Local Access Number are billed at $0.95 per minute
- Voice calls to other MSS (Mobile Satellite Service) and all other call types are billed at $14.99 per minute.
Payment Method: Credit approval is based on a valid U.S. credit card, substantial deposit, approved company purchase order, or a Dunn & Bradstreet credit report. By default, the Customer’s credit card will be billed automatically each month for the charges described in this agreement. If Customer does not provide the U.S. credit card for the automatic monthly billing, an additional $2 per month per phone charge will apply, and the Customer agrees to pay within 30 days of the statement date for service continuation. Payment must be made by check drawn on a US bank, money order, wire transfer, or a U.S. credit card.
Overview: The Customer agrees to pay for all voice and data usage at the rates shown in this agreement. Definitions: PSTN refers to Public Switched Telephone Number. Large Messaging Event (LM event) refers to an Iridium Messaging Transport Message (IMT) from 5KB up to 100KB in size. Small Messaging event (SM event) refers to an IMT under 5KB in size. SM event(s) are free on all plans. KB means kilobyte of data; MB means megabyte of data. In this agreement, 1000 bytes equals 1 KB, 1000 KB equals 1 MB. Other Terms: The Customer further acknowledges having read, understood and agreed to the Iridium Fair Use Policy found by reference at www.OutfitterSatellite.com/adobe/Iridium-Fair-Use-Policy.pdf and to the terms and limitations of the Usage Monitoring System as described in this agreement. Apps for using IMT may be unavailable at the time of commercial launch of these plans. Streaming IP Data and Short Burst Data are not available.
Voice Calling: Two voice lines and voicemail are included. Voice calls are measured and charged in 20-second increments with one minute minimum at the rates shown in this agreement. If a call is direct dialed to the Iridium 12-digit mobile number, the calling party pays for the call through their own carrier, and no charge is billed to the Iridium account for receiving the call. Inbound calls can also be received using a Local Access Number (which is an optional US number service) or 2-Stage Dialing (which is a service that allows a caller to dial 480-768-2500 in US and then enter a 12-digit Iridium mobile number).
Monthly Voice Bundle (which is optional) applies only to mobile-originated voice calls to cellular, PSTN, Iridium numbers and Iridium voicemail. The Monthly Voice Bundle is consumed on a first-usage basis each month, and the unused part of the Monthly Voice Bundle is lost and does not roll to a subsequent month.
Monthly Data Bundle includes Standard IP Data (in MB) and Large Messaging Events (LM events) as shown. The unused part of the Monthly Data Bundle is lost and does not roll to a subsequent month. Additional Standard IP Data or Large Message Event(s) will be billed at the specified Out-of-Bundle rates shown in this agreement. Standard IP data is offered on a best-effort shared-bandwidth basis and access sessions are billed in 0.1 KB increments with 5 KB minimum per session.
Minimum Term Commitment & Plan Changes: The Initial Term for this service agreement is 2 months measured from the activation date. The month of activation counts as the first whole month of the Initial Term. If the service is cancelled prior to the end of the Initial Term, there is an early cancellation charge equal to the total monthly service charges remaining on the Initial Term. After the Initial Term is completed the Service Agreement has automatic one (1) month renewal terms for each subsequent month and the customer can cancel without penalty at any time. Plan Changes: If the Monthly Data Bundle of the service plan is changed prior to the end of the Initial Term, there is an early cancellation charge equal to the total monthly service charges remaining on the Initial Term of the original Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, plan change requests received on or before the 25th of a month, become effective on the first of the subsequent month, and plan change requests received after the 25th of a month, become effective on the first of the month following the subsequent month.
Cancellation Procedure: To cancel service, the Customer must provide Outfitter Satellite with an express written, signed intent to cancel. The Customer remains responsible for airtime and other usage until 3 business days after the Customer’s requested service cancellation date, and if this service cancellation date is after the 25th of a month, the Customer is liable for any service fees to be billed in the subsequent month. Upon cancellation, there is no refund or proration for any service fees.
