Payment Method: Credit approval is based on a valid U.S. credit card, substantial deposit, approved company purchase order, or a Dunn & Bradstreet credit report. By default, the Customer’s credit card will be billed automatically each month for the charges described in this agreement. If Customer does not provide the U.S. credit card for the automatic monthly billing, an additional $2 per month per phone charge will apply, and the Customer agrees to pay within 30 days of the statement date for service continuation. Payment must be made by check drawn on a US bank, money order, wire transfer, or a U.S. credit card.

Minimum Required Devices and Other Details: A minimum of 5 Iridium PTT phones must remain active, and Outfitter Satellite reserves the right to deactivate service to all Iridium PTT devices on this plan if this requirement is not met. An unlimited number of Push-to-Talk (PTT) communications is allowed amongst Iridium PTT phones within the same Talk Group (TG). Each Iridium PTT phone can have a maximum of 15 Talk Groups assigned to it. The operator of the Iridium PTT phone selects which Talk Group is in use. The Talk Group service plan(s) is executed separately.

Telephony Services: Telephony-Mode communications require a SIM card (available at no charge) and include services such SMS messaging and making voice or data calls to PSTN/MSS numbers. Some phone models such as the ICOM IC- SAT100 do not support telephony. The Iridium Extreme PTT phone can operate in PTT Mode or Telephony Mode but not both simultaneously, and the S.O.S. feature of the Iridium Extreme PTT is only available while the Iridium Extreme PTT is in Telephony Mode. The Customer agrees to pay for all voice and data calls and SMS messages at the rates shown in this service agreement. Calls are measured and charged in one (1) minute increments. Undeliverable SMS messages from errors unrelated to the Iridium network such as problems with mail filters, mailbox overflows, or incorrect addresses remain billable. Long-format SMS messages up to 1000 characters are billed as a series of separate SMS messages of 160-character maximum length. Inbound phone calls received as a result of 2-Stage Dialing or +1 Access are billed as shown in the rate chart. Inbound calls received as a result of direct dialed calls to the 12-digit Iridium mobile number are not charged to the SIM card but the calling party pays their own international long-distance carrier. RUDICS and voice mail are included with plan. Limitations: If the SIM card provided for telephony services is used in a device other than an Iridium PTT phone, Iridium reserves the right to immediately and without notice deactivate the SIM card.

• If Global Telephony Option is selected, telephony services will be available globally with the exception of the Middle East Region (see attached figure).

• If North American Telephony Option is selected, telephony services will be restricted to a region which includes Canada, Mexico and the United States, including all 50 states and the U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and certain surrounding waters (see attached figure). Coverage may exist (but is not guaranteed) up to 12 nautical miles beyond the boundaries of the North America Region.

Use in the Middle East Region is prohibited on this plan. Iridium monitors for Telephony-Mode and PTT-Mode usage originating in the Middle East Region and reserves the right to immediately and without notice, deactivate SIM card(s) and Iridium PTT phones found to have usage wholly or partially within the Middle East Region.

Initial Term & Plan Change Requests: The Unlimited PTT Plan Service Agreement has an Initial Term of 12 months and the Seasonal PTT Plan Service Agreement has an Initial Term of 4 months as measured from the activation date of the Iridium PTT phone. There is a charge of $440 for cancellation of service to an Iridium PTT phone at any time prior to the end of its Initial Term. After the Initial Term is completed the Service Agreement has automatic one (1) month renewal terms for each subsequent month and the customer can cancel without penalty at any time. Plan Change requests are not allowed during the Initial Term, but after the Initial Term is completed, a plan change request is effective on the first day of the subsequent month (the “effective date”). Cancellation: To cancel service, CUSTOMER must provide Outfitter Satellite with an express written, signed intent to cancel the subscription. The CUSTOMER remains responsible for usage until 3 business days after the CUSTOMER’s requested service cancellation date, and if this date is after the 25th of a month, the CUSTOMER is liable for any service fees to be billed in the subsequent month. Upon cancellation, there is no refund or proration for any service fees. Requirements: To participate in a Push-to-Talk (PTT) Talk Group session, an Iridium PTT phone must be located within the coverage area of the Talk Group, provisioned as a member of the Talk Group via the PTT Command Center, and have active service (not suspended). At least five Iridium PTT phones and at least one Talk Group must be active on the customer’s account. This agreement only covers Talk Group Plan(s). Iridium PTT phones are activated under a separate agreement.

Management Tools: The Customer will be provided access to a password-protected web portal called the PTT Command Center that allows the boundaries of a Talk Group to be configured and assigns Talk Groups to individual Iridium PTT phones. A maximum of 15 Talk Groups can be assigned to an Iridium PTT phone. Outfitter Satellite will provide initial training on the use of the PTT Command Center but the Customer must assign an Administrator for the Customer’s account that takes responsibiltiy for configurations and data entry into the PTT Command Center. Each Talk Group has a maximum number of square kilometers of coverage (“Size”). The Small Unlimited Talk Group coverage area can be divided into a maximum of FIVE (5) different subregions that can be located anywhere on earth. The coverage area of all other Talk Group types can be divided into a maximum of TEN (10) different subregions that can be located anywhere on earth. Various shapes are possible for these subregions including circles and rectangles.

Use in Middle East Region Prohibited: A Talk Group can be configured to cover any area globally with the exception of the Middle East Region (see attached figure). Iridium reserves the right to immediately, and without notice, deactivate any Talk Group(s) found to be wholly or partially within the Middle East Region and further reserves the right to immediately, and without notice, deactivate any Irdium PTT phone(s) found to have at least one Talk Group wholly or partially within the Middle East Region.

Fair Use Policy: Iridium reserves the right to monitor and limit the allocation of Talk Groups to PTT subscribers to prevent network congestion.

Initial Term: This Service Agreement has an Initial Term of 2 months as measured from the activation date of the specific Unit being provisioned. If service is cancelled prior to the end of the Initial Term, there is an early cancellation charge equal to the total monthly service charges remaining on the Initial Term of the Agreement. After the Initial Term is completed the Service Agreement has automatic one month renewal terms for each subsequent month but the customer can cancel without penalty.

Talk Group Plan Changes are effective on the first day of the subsequent month. After the second Talk Group plan change request during any 12-month period, an administrative fee determined by special quote will be required prior to making additional changes.
