IRIDIUM GO! SERVICE DETAILS

Payment Method: Credit approval is based on a valid U.S. credit card, substantial deposit, approved company purchase order, or a Dunn & Bradstreet credit report. By default, the Customer’s credit card will be billed automatically each month for the charges described in this agreement. If Customer does not provide the U.S. credit card for the automatic monthly billing, an additional $2 per month per phone charge will apply, and the Customer agrees to pay within 30 days of the statement date for service continuation. Payment must be made by check drawn on a US bank, money order, wire transfer, or a U.S. credit card.

Billing: The customer agrees to pay for all calls made or received. All calls are measured and charged in one (1) minute increments.  Inbound Calls: 2-Stage Dialing calls are made by dialing 480-768-2500 (which is a U.S. number) and then entering the 12-digit Iridium mobile number. +1 Access calls are made to a special U.S. phone number assigned to the Iridium device. Inbound 2-Stage Dialing or +1 Access calls that are forwarded to Iridium voicemail or another third party number will be billed to the Iridium account. Inbound calls direct dialed to the Iridium 12-digit mobile number are paid by the calling party through their own carrier, and no charge applies to the Iridium phone’s account for receiving the direct dialed call.

Minimum Term and Plan Change Requests: The Initial Term of this Service Agreement is measured from the activation date. If the service is cancelled prior to the end of the Initial Term, there is an early cancellation charge equal to the total monthly service charges remaining on the Initial Term of the Agreement. After the Initial Term is completed the Service Agreement has automatic one (1) month renewal terms for each subsequent month and the customer can cancel without penalty at any time. A plan change request is effective on the first of the subsequent month (the “effective date”) and the Initial Term of the new plan’s Service Agreement(s) will begin as of that effective date.

Cancellation Procedure: To cancel service, the CUSTOMER must provide Outfitter Satellite with an express written, signed intent to cancel. The CUSTOMER remains responsible for airtime and other usage until 3 business days after the CUSTOMER’s requested service cancellation date, and if this service cancellation date is after the 25th of a month, the CUSTOMER is liable for any service fees to be billed in the subsequent month. Upon cancellation, there is no refund or proration for unused bundled or prepaid usage or any service fees. Additional Details for GO 5 Plan: GO! SMS refers to SMS messages sent from an Iridium GO! device. Inbound SMS messages are free. Outbound SMS messages can be up to 160 characters. Long SMS messages up to 1000 characters are billed as a series of separate SMS messages of 160-character length (or less).  GO! Internet Calls refer only to Direct Internet calls made from an Iridium GO! device to an approved Iridium GO! Internet access number. Basic Rate Calls include voice calls from the Iridium device to fixed public-switched- telephone-network numbers (PSTN) and also data calls to PSTN numbers, data calls to Iridium numbers (other than an Iridium Direct Internet access number), calls to the Iridium Direct Internet server not made from an Iridium GO! device, Iridium fax calls to a PSTN number, Iridium-to-RUDICS calls, and RUDICS-to-Iridium calls.  Monthly Bundle: Monthly Bundle of 5 minutes applies only to GO! Internet Calls. Other types of calls are not included in the Monthly Bundle. Unused parts of the monthly bundle are lost and do not roll to a subsequent month.

Additional Details for the GO Unlimited Text 150 Plan: Basic Rate Calls: Basic Rate Calls include voice and data calls to Public-Switched-Telephone-Network (PSTN) numbers, data calls to Iridium numbers (other than GO! Internet Calls which are not Basic Rate Calls on this plan), Iridium fax calls to a PSTN number, Iridium-to-RUDICS calls, and RUDICS-to-Iridium calls. GO! Internet Calls refer only to Direct Internet calls made from an Iridium GO! device to an approved Iridium GO! Internet access number. Data calls to the Iridium Direct Internet server that are not made from an Iridium GO! device will be Billed as Basic Rate Calls. Any Basic Rate Call that is not eligible to be in the Monthly Bundle (see below) will be billed at $1.09 per minute.  Monthly Bundle: The Monthly Bundle includes 150 minutes of calls made from an Iridium GO! device that may be of the following types: GO! Internet Calls, voice calls to PSTN, voice calls to Cellular numbers, Iridium-to-Iridium voice calls and Iridium voicemail calls. All other types of calls are not included in the Monthly Bundle. The Monthly Bundle is consumed on a first-usage basis each month. Any unused part of a Monthly Bundle is lost and does not roll to a subsequent month.

Any unused part of the Monthly Bundle is lost and does not roll to a subsequent month.  Fair Use Policy: Establishing an always-on connection that could negatively affect available bandwidth for other Iridium subscribers is prohibited. Iridium reserves the right to actively monitor usage statistics and take proactive measures to regulate and if necessary terminate access to the Iridium network to ensure network performance for all users on an ongoing basis. Iridium reserves the right to make a determination in its sole discretion that a particular subscriber is violating this Fair Use Policy and take responsive actions with or without notice including but not limited to the immediate suspension or termination of all or any portion of the service to the subscriber as well as other legal and technical actions. Neither Iridium nor its agents nor Outfitter Satellite will have any liability for any of these responsive actions.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

IMPORTANT:  Before your service is activated and/or your order is shipped, you must submit your credit card information into our secure credit card web portal.  Once we receive your completed service agreement, our customer service team will send an email to the main email address listed on this form with an enclosed link to our secure credit card portal where you will enter and save your credit card information.  Service agreements received outside of normal business hours will be processed the following business day.   We cannot activate service if the credit card information or Security Code for the card cannot be verified by our system. 

For your protection, Outfitter Satellite systems or personnel do not see your full credit card information.   Our billing system only stores tokenized information to enable it to use the card to pay future charges related to the service (or rental) agreements active under your account.   For future card identification, we retain the card type, the last four digits of the card, and the expiration date. 

By signing below, you warrant that you are the Cardholder or an authorized user of any card that is entered into the secure credit card web portal and agree that all charges described in this agreement (and any other service or rental agreements) made between OUTFITTER SATELLITE, INC. and the above named Customer can be made to the Cardholder’s credit card.  You warrant all the information that you are submitting is accurate and that the credit card that you are supplying through the secure credit card web portal is being supplied as a guarantee that all the charges described in this agreement (and any other service or rental agreements on the Customer’s Outfitter Satellite account) will be paid.

Why do we need you to name an Authorized User?  This person needs to be a trusted individual such as a spouse or business associate that can act on your behalf in the event we are unable to reach you. In the event that there is a billing or technical issue that could affect your service, this person can act on your behalf to assist in continuing or restoring your service.  

What is an Authorized User with Full Access rights?  An Authorized User with Full Access rights is authorized by the Customer to discuss and view all rental and usage bills including detailed call records and make changes to rental or service plans including canceling service or activating new service, and receive technical support as per the terms of this agreement or other agreements executed separately by the Customer.

Why do we need you to name additional Authorized Users?   For corporate accounts,  naming the Accounts Payable person for your company an Authorized User is necessary to allow them to discuss billing issues and information.  It is also useful for us to identify other people within the company that can discuss billing issues, make purchases, or receive technical support related to your account in the event we are unable to reach you.

What is an Authorized User with Full Access rights versus Technical Support rights only?  An Authorized User with Full Access rights is authorized by the Customer to discuss and view all rental and usage bills including detailed call records and make changes to rental or service plans including canceling service or activating new service, and receive technical support as per the terms of this agreement or other agreements executed separately by the Customer. A customer with Technical Support rights is only authorized to receive technical guidance on the use of the satellite communications equipment.

I UNDERSTAND THAT AN IRIDIUM SATELLITE PHONE NEEDS A CLEAR LINE OF SIGHT TO THE IRIDIUM SATELLITE AND THAT THE PRESENCE OF VERTICAL OBSTRUCTIONS SUCH AS NEARBY TREES, MOUNTAINS AND BUILDINGS CAN RESULT IN FREQUENT CALL DROPS.  I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT CONTINUING TO ATTEMPT TO MAKE CALLS WHILE NEAR THESE VERTICAL OBSTRUCTIONS CAN RESULT IN A SERIES OF BILLABLE SHORT DURATION CALLS, AND I AGREE TO PAY FOR THESE CALLS.  MOVING TO A NEARBY CLEARING OR MOVING AWAY FROM BUILDINGS AND TREES AND WAITING FOR A STRONG SIGNAL ON THE SATELLITE PHONE BEFORE INITIATING CALLS WILL HELP REDUCE THE FREQUENCY OF CALL DROPS.
 
I UNDERSTAND THAT IRIDIUM GO! IS NOT SUITABLE FOR BROADBAND INTERNET APPLICATIONS INCLUDING WEB BROWSING, VIDEO TRANSMISSION, AND USING EMAIL SOFTWARE LIKE MS EXCHANGE THAT IS NOT OPTIMIZED FOR IRIDIUM BECAUSE IT HAS A VERY SLOW 2.4 KBPS INTERNET DATA RATE. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT IRIDIUM GO! IS USEFUL FOR LIGHT EMAIL APPLICATIONS USING SPECIALIZED IRIDIUM-APPROVED SOFTWARE SUCH AS THE IRIDIUM MAIL & WEB APP AND THAT IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT EMAIL ATTACHMENTS BE NO LARGER THAN 100 KB.
