2.4 kbps Data Calls made to PSTN, cellular, Inmarsat GSPS, BGAN or FBB are billed at $0.99 per minute.

Inbound voice calls that are direct dialed to the Inmarsat GSPS mobile number are paid for by the calling party through their own carrier, and there is no charge billed to the Inmarsat GSPS account for receiving the call.
- Voice calls to Inmarsat FleetBroadband (FBB) are billed at $2.25 per minute.

All other types of calls including to other MSS carriers will be billed at $9.99 per minute.
Basic Rate Calls refer to mobile-originated voice calls to PSTN, cellular, GSPS, BGAN or GSPS Voicemail.
Monthly Bundle minutes apply only to Basic Rate Calls. Unused minutes from the Monthly Bundle do not rollover to subsequent months and are lost.
Payment Method: Credit approval is based on a valid U.S. credit card, substantial deposit, approved company purchase order, or a Dunn & Bradstreet credit report. By default, the Customer’s credit card will be billed automatically each month for the charges described in this agreement. If Customer does not provide the U.S. credit card for the automatic monthly billing, an additional $2 per month per phone charge will apply, and the Customer agrees to pay within 30 days of the statement date for service continuation. Payment must be made by check drawn on a US bank, money order, wire transfer or U.S. credit card.
Billing: Customer agrees to pay for all calls sent or received in 30 second increments with a 30 second minimum per call. Call details are provided via email unless US Postal (mail) delivery is requested, and call records can be sent in Excel spreadsheet format upon request. Short Message Service (SMS) are billed for each addressed recipient even if the SMS message is not received by the intended recipient because of errors unrelated to the Inmarsat network such as problems with mail filters, mailbox overflows, or the use of incorrect addresses. GSPS is Inmarsat Global Satellite Phone Service; BGAN is Inmarsat Broadband Global Area Network, FBB is Inmarsat Fleet Broadband, PSTN is Public Switched Telephone Number. “Other MSS Carriers” refers to all. other mobile satellite service carriers such as Iridium, Thuraya, Globalstar, Inmarsat GAN/Fleet/Swift64 Voice and Inmarsat AERO Voice.
Minimum Initial Term: The Initial Term of this Service Agreement is measured from the activation date. If the service is cancelled prior to the end of the Initial Term, there is an early cancellation charge equal to the total monthly service charges remaining on the Initial Term of the Agreement. After the Initial Term is completed the Service Agreement has automatic one (1) month renewal terms for each subsequent month and the customer can cancel without penalty at any time. Plan Change Requests: If a plan change request is made during the Initial Term, the early cancellation charge applies. There is no rollover of unused minutes to the new plan. There will be no refund or proration for lost minutes. The new plan will be effective on the first of the subsequent month (the “effective date”) and the Initial Term of the new plan’s Service Agreement will begin as of that effective date.
Cancellation Procedure: To cancel service, the CUSTOMER must provide Outfitter Satellite with an express written, signed intent to cancel. The CUSTOMER remains responsible for airtime and other usage until 3 business days after the CUSTOMER’s requested service cancellation date, and if this service cancellation date is after the 25th of a month, the CUSTOMER is liable for any service fees to be billed in the subsequent month. Upon cancellation, there is no refund or proration for unused bundled or prepaid usage or any service fees.
