Our Lady and St Dympna - Confirmation Registration 2020

Thank you for enroling in the Sacarament of Confirmation for your child at Our Lady and St Dympna, Aspley Parish. The process follows the Sacramental Guidelines for the Archdiocese of Brisbane, and is parish based. Please read the enclosed documentation carefully prior to registering your child.  For futher information on the Sacarament of Confirmation in the Catholic Church please refer to the Archdiocese of Brisbane Website.

The Parental Permission Form is required to be printed and signed by both parents and submitted at the Parent Information Session for acceptance into the program. The form can be also be located on the Parish Website

Parent Information Session: Mandatory attendance at ONE Parent Information Session (Adult Session Only) Covid 19 restrictions are in place and information sessions are limited to one parent only attending a session. *

Covid19 restrictions require number limits to be applied to workshop venues.  We ask that parents please sign in and leave their child/children for the duration of the workshops.
Attendance at ONE practice session (Please indicate choice)
Covid 19 restrictions require number limits to be applied to the church space.  Only One adult may attend the practice session with each child. *
Confirmation Celebration (Please indicate choice)
Number limits are applied to the church space for each celebration.
