We are bringing together THOUSANDS of attendees from all over and offering a FREE summer festival celebrating our industry and culture.  The event will feature cannabis industry vendors, food trucks, music, DJs, tours, classes and more! All vendor spaces and game sponsorships will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Existing partners receive right of first refusal on premier placement.

Our festival is backed by a massive marketing campaign which includes Westword, The Cannabist (Denver Post), National PR/Press, Facebook ads, 20,000 emails and participating dispensary partners/sponsors inviting their own customers. Over 50,000 people have visited WorldCannabisWeek.com to check out our amazing events. For us, it's about community and creating an extraordinary experience. We need partners like you to help represent cannabis culture.

Marketing

We are conservatively expecting a minimum of 10,000 people between Saturday and Sunday at the event. The event will be a totally free private experience brought to you by the very best Colorado cannabis brands.

All vendors are required to submit evidence of Automobile Insurance. All vendors are also required to submit evidence of General Liability with Product Liability Insurance. Please complete the following info or contact our staff with additional questions or concerns


 
VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES  
All Exhibitors & Sponsors are to arrive for setup by Saturday August 17th, 6:00am at Major Studios (3881 Steele St) "Vendor Check In” for drive up access, and second day Sunday, August 18th at 6:00am, no drive up access. Exhibits must be 100% complete and set up no later than 9:30am on both days.

Vehicles will only be allowed to enter the parking lot area for the sole purpose of loading and unloading. Vendors without a paid parking pass must park on York or Steele St.

All exhibitors must stop conducting business and/or sales in a timely manner to complete area break down, clean up and be clear of the area by 7pm on Saturday, August 17th and Sunday, August 18th.

Vendor's space must be fully clear of debris, trash and willl be left in a broom-swept condition before leaving the vending area Saturday, August 17th at 7:00pm and Sunday, August 18th.

ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT 2019

 

Rules for all Exhibitors and Sponsors, any violation of the following will result in a minimum fine of $300.00 and possible ban from future World Cannabis Week events. Please read carefully and initial as necessary.

I hereby assume all of the risks, known and unknown, of participating in any/all of the various activities associated with this event, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, as well as any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities participating in the event, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by the Business, or because of their possible liability without fault.

I further release Pioneer Industries, World Cannabis Week, My 420 Tours, and all the participating businesses from any claim, loss and or other damages I may incur by participating in this event.
