Online Registration is now closed. You can still be part of the parade though! Please join us at 9:30 AM on Tuesday, July 4th to register onsite.
Onsite Registration begins at 9:30am. By registering online, your process will be quicker day of, but you will still need to check in at the "Online Registration" tent. Please allow enough time to do this and get lined up in your section before the beginning of the parade.
Parade begins at 10:00am.
Our starting location this year is in Texas St
, where Loraine St dead ends, near the Bush Convention Center. Please check in at the registration tents. Parking can be found on the streets a block away from the parade route, or in the parking garages (see
map here for parking locations). You will need to arrive in time to find parking in the adjacent lots/street parking where allowed, etc.
Categories: Birth - 3 years, 4-6 years, 7-9 years, 10-12 years and Power Wheels (groups with Power Wheel participants must all walk/ride in the final parade group). Category will be assigned by the majority age of participants.
Decorations: Each child receives a ribbon and a flag to wave in the parade. Sidewalk vehicles are encouraged (not required) to be decorated in red, white and blue to salute our Military and First Responders, while celebrating America's Birthday!
Vehicles: Sidewalk vehicles only (such as wagons, tricycles, bicycles, strollers and Power Wheels). NO MOTOR VEHICLES permitted on the parade route.
If you choose to join us in the park before or after the parade, please note that no wagons/bicycles/Power Wheels/etc. are allowed on the park premises. Please return these items to your vehicle before playing in the park and enjoying our vendors for the day.
