Sentence Creation project

Thank you for your interest in our Sentence Creation project!

TELUS International is looking for applicants from a broad range of demographic groups to create text utterances with situational content that contain a mix of different contexts for our Sentence Creation project.

 

Summary

In this role, contributors will be asked to create text utterances based on different situational content, scenarios and contexts (finance, travel, insurance, etc.). The text utterances should reflect realistic conversations and the characteristics of the spoken modality.

Additional detailed guidelines will be provided to all selected contributors at the beginning of the collaboration.

Additionally, we are looking for applicants from all educational backgrounds.

You will be working remotely from the comfort of your own home on a self-directed schedule. The day to day working language within the project team is in English, so a professional working proficiency of English is required.

  • Project period: Until March 2023
  • Work from home on self-directed schedule
  • Requires consistent participation, 4 to 8 hours per day
  • Participate in on-going training and skill development, as needed
Requirements:
  • 18+ years of age
  • Available to work 4 to 8 hours per day.
  • Stable internet connection.
  • Fluency in English
  • Native or near native in one of the following languages:
    • Danish (DK)
    • Dutch (BE) - Native Belgium Dutch Speakers only
    • Czech (CZ)
    • Turkish (TR)
  • Must be located in the country of spoken native language.
  • Native familiarity with the culture of the language and region where it is spoken.
  • Highly committed to the success of the project and ready to take on learning challenge
  • Excellent reading comprehension and grammar skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Passing an additional tests after reading and understanding the provided guidelines
