LAAS Star Membership Application

Requirements:

1. Star Membership is limited to those who have been a member in good-standing for at least 1 year (i.e. current on dues).

2. All applications must be endorsed by 2 current Star members. This form automatically generates email to the references you designate, but please check to make sure they received the email.

3. The annual Star Membership dues ($60 without a reserved pad or $70 with a reserved pad) are in addition to the normal membership dues. The Star Membership dues are not pro-rated and are payable when your normal membership is due for renewal.

4. The Star Membership dues and endorsements must be received by the LAAS Secretary before the application will be presented for approval at the LAAS Board Meeting.

5. If you specify a Pad, there is no guarantee you will find one that is available or one that you find suitable. In that case, the $10 difference will be refunded. After approval, you can contact the Lockwood Committee Chair or the Secretary for a list of available pads.
