Reservation Information:

If your pick up time is out of our hours of operation and it's been
approved, please choose "custom" and list your pick up time.
If you are reserving an Airport pick-up, please go back and
choose Airport Transfer for Type of Service. Otherwise, proceed.
Maximum of 2 child seats per SUV. If you need more
than 2 child seats, you need to reserve a Sprinter.
FBO plane-side pick-ups are an hourly service with an initial minimum rate for the first 60 minutes.
Additional time shall begin immediately upon completion of the contracted time and are billed in
30-minute increments. Additional time shall be charged the hourly rate of the vehicle plus gratuity.
We are NOT responsible for blocked tail numbers that arrive
prior to the scheduled pick-up time and NO refunds will be given.

Payment Information

ALL reservations are processed manually and are subject to a $10.00 Administrative fee.
If we do NOT have availability, you will be notified within 24 hours and your credit card will not be charged.
All reservations require a credit card on file and a $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
Balances can be paid in cash, money order, Zelle, ACH, or credit card.
Any balances paid by credit card will be subject to a 3% convenience fee.
CONTRACT RULES:

1. NO SMOKING IN THE VEHICLES. VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN A $250 FINE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. THERE WILL BE $250 CLEANING FEE FOR CLEANING EXCESSIVE LIQUIDS SPILLED OR VOMIT. 

3. PERSONS WHO ARE UNRULY OR DISRUPTIVE OR CONDUCT ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE VEHICLES AT THE DISCRETION OF THE DRIVER WITH NO REFUND.

4. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PROPERTY.

5. ALL POINT TO POINT TRANSFERS ALLOW A 30 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD.
ANY ADDITIONAL WAITING TIME WILL BE BILLED IN THIRTY MINUTE INCREMENTS.
 
6. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL SERVICE IMMEDIATELY IN THE EVENT CUSTOMER HAS NOT DISCLOSED THEY ARE TRAVELING WITH ANIMALS AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
7. ANYONE WHO SUBMITS A RESERVATION ONLINE HAS BEEN GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO VIEW
OUR RATES ONLINE OR OBTAIN A DETAILED QUOTE BY EMAIL.
 
OVERTIME CHARGES DO NOT APPLY TO DELAYED COMMERCIAL FLIGHTS

CONTRACT OBLIGATIONS: I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE LENGTH AND USAGE ALONG WITH ANY CHARGES AND FURTHER AGREE TO PAY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES MY PARTY MAY CAUSE DURING THE RENTAL PERIODS. ALL DAMAGES ARE THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE DRIVER. I UNDERSTAND THE NUMBER OF HOURS LISTED (IF HOURLY SERVICE) ON THIS CONTRACT IS THE MINIMUM HOURS IM AGREEING TO PAY AND THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OVERTIME INCURRED.
 
CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE: This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The County of Monroe in the State of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
 
There is a $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that applies to ALL reservations.
Any cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the total contract.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS or NO SHOWS (no contact after 45 minutes of pick-up time) will be charged 100% of the total contract.

I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT I’M AGREEING
TO THE CONTRACT RULES AND CANCELLATION POLICY.

FlexTrip allows you to cancel your trip or make time changes without any fees or penalties. FlexTrip offers a full refund should you need to change your pick-up time and Platinum Limousine is not able to accommodate your needs. FlexTrip also refunds any & all deposits or payments on cancellations made in writing up to 1 hour prior to your pick-up time (Key West pick-ups only).
