Please note this is a private TUT trip. Reservations must be made through this portal. Individuals may not join the trip by making their own cruise ship reservation.

We are holding coach seats on the flights listed below for the group. The airfare is $1,165.05* per person (including taxes). Please be advised payment for flights will be due January 1, 2024, and the airfare is non-refundable.

We can help you book your flight arrangements, or you can book them yourself. Please note, if you book your own flights and arrive at a different time than the group flight, arrival/departure transfers are NOT included. If your flights arrive before or at the same time as the group flight, you may join in the transfer to the hotel. Assumption of Risk and Cancellation Policies

I am at least 18 years old and I acknowledge that I have voluntarily enrolled (myself and any travel companion listed below) to participate in the TUT South Pacific WOW Tour to Tahiti and the French Polynesian islands taking place from April 6-13, 2024. TUT WOW Tours are designed for adult attendees 18 and over.

Covid 19, Variants, or Other Pandemics

Given the everchanging COVID related circumstances we all now face, here are some extra considerations to weigh before committing to this journey:

For the safety of our group and of the people we will come in contact with, and depending on the evolution of events between now and our departure, it’s possible that airlines, hotels, cruise lines and/or vendors of choice, or even the governments of French Polynesia or the U.S.A., may require proof of vaccine and/or a negative covid-19 test to travel. Conversely, if this does not happen, please know it’s possible we might have attendees who choose not to be vaccinated.

Refunds related to trip changes caused by Covid 19, Variants, or other Pandemics:

If, prior to our departure, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, or WHO, or the French Polynesian government bans non-essential travel, gatherings of 50 or more people, or imposes a shelter in place/stay at home as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, and such notice covers our event dates, you will receive a 100% refund of whatever you have paid.

In the unlikely event such advisories are issued after departure but before you return home, all costs incurred to shorten or lengthen our adventure to remain compliant will be each traveler’s responsibility, like testing, masks, quarantine, meals, hotel stays, transportation, or the like.

Regardless of the above, any COVID tests travelers may be required to take before, during, or after our trip, as well as any unforeseen COVID related expenses incurred for any reason, will be at the traveler’s expense.

If non-essential travel continues to be allowed to French Polynesia over our travel dates, but you decide not to travel for any reason after making payments, you will be responsible for all cancellation charges – please see our normal refund policy in the trip terms and conditions.

Additional Travel Risks

I understand that all travel, domestic or international, bears some degree of risk to health and life. I am prepared to assume the risks associated with this tour including: forces of nature; terrorism; communicable diseases; civil unrest; war; accidents; abiding by foreign laws; and transportation including land vehicles, boats and aircraft that are not necessarily operated or maintained to standards found in the United States. I also assume all risks and will bear all costs associated with altitude, illness, disease, physical exertion, and alcohol consumption, knowing that access to evacuation and/or suitable medical supplies and support may not always be readily available.

I have been advised to check with my personal physician in regard to recommended inoculations for travel and/or any other medical precautions/recommendations prior to participating in the trip.

By signing this document, I agree to take full responsibility for my own actions, participation, health, safety and welfare. I also understand that I will be a member of a group and will conduct myself in a way that will not endanger the group or myself. I understand that if I inaccurately estimate my fitness for this tour (the requirements of which have been stipulated at the tut.com website) or misjudge my own capabilities, I may choose or be asked to miss certain events at my own expense.

I hereby waive any and all claims, demands, losses, or causes of action that I may have, now or in the future, against TUT Enterprises, Inc., BenchMark Incentives, Inc., their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, or any of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively referred to as TUT Enterprises, Inc. and BenchMark Incentives, Inc.) and release them from any and all liability whatsoever with respect to the TUT "2024 Tahitian WOW Tour, South Pacific Adventure". This waiver and release shall apply to all instances involving damage or loss of property or that of a third or fourth person, or my personal injury or death or that of a third or fourth person. I agree that this release will be legally binding upon me, my heirs, successors, assigns and legal representatives; it being my intention to fully assume all risk of travel and to release them from any and all liabilities to the maximum permitted by law.
