Due to the corona-virus outbreak, IPitomy will no longer be accepting RMA phones out of warranty. If you have a phone in warranty, we will repair or replace it. If you have an IP620, IP320, IP410 or IP290 that is out of warranty, your option is to purchase a refurbished phone. This option usually results in a lower cost as the cost of shipping is high. Purchase refurbished phones for replacements on the online ordering site. Refurbs are only sold as a repair alternative for out of warranty phones.
