a)   You receive the message "Success"!  Your registration form has been submitted...." 
b)   You receive a confirmation email from frfoc@outlook will follow. 
c)   Your $100.00 camp deposit payment is received.

*    Rename photo file to your LastName_FirstName before uploading (e.g: bryant_alan.jpg
*    PHOTO SHOULD BE A HEAD SHOT ONLY NO ACTION PHOTO (i.e. fishing, hunting, or during a game)               PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE TAKE A PICURE OF YOU TO SUBMIT!!!
*    Photo Optimal size: 116 X 135 pixels (width x height)
*    Or a Passport Photo size 2" X 2"
*    If the following requirements are not meet your picture will not be included into the camp program.
