Encounter (which is a joint ministry of Shoreline Baptist Church and Port Elgin Missionary Church) is collecting and retaining this personal information for the purpose of enrolling your child(ren) in our PA DAy program, and to be able to inform you of future programs. This information will be maintained permanently as it is required for insurance and legal requirements, but will not be used for any other purposes.
