What if I am missing an account and need to do audit before it is added?

Simply do the audit under a different account number (any account number) and then submit an Audit Account Transfer form. 

 

I am missing an account on Rizepoint, how do I get it aligned to me?

Provide the account number to BAM Support to be aligned to you click here.

 

I've had an account added and still do not see it.
Close Rizepoint by double tapping your home button to show all running programs. Scroll through the list of running programs and locate the Rizepoint application, flicking upward to kill the application.  Re-launch Rizepoint and click the "Connect" button, select "Update", then "Sign In" with your credentials to download the latest account alignments.  Wait until the wheel stops spinning for the update process to complete.  If that still does not solve your issue, try searching for different criteria (i.e. account number, address, city) or using shorter search terms.  For example, searching for Walmart does not yield the account you need, but Wal will.  This is due to various limitations in our system regarding spaces and other characters.

What information do I need for logging into the app the first time?
1) Username: Your username is your Ecolab LAN ID (the ID you use to login to your computer) 

2) Password: The password for your account is emailed to you when your account is created.  If you have forgotten your password, click here and enter your email address to have it reset.  If you forget your security question or have locked your account, click here to email BAMSupport to have your account reset.
3) URL: The server address for the application is: https://pestelimination.steton.com  (note the 's' in https)

The application is not working properly.

At this point we recommend uninstalling the application and then reinstalling.  To delete the program, tap and hold the Rizepoint icon until it starts shaking.  Once it is shaking, tap the "X" in the top left corner of the icon to uninstall the application.  Finally, open the Apple App Store on your device and reinstall the application.
