How do I reset my password?
As your Sales Pad password is now single sign-on and tied to your Ecolab email, please use the number below to contact the appropriate IT Service Desk to reset your password.

My application is not functioning properly
Please try the following steps, in order:
 

1. Swipe to Close 

  1. Press down twice on the home button quickly
  2. The app will reduce to a smaller screen
  3. Swipe UP on the app window
  4. Press on the home button to return to the iPad home screen

2. Sign In / Out

  1. Sign out of app
  2. Sign back into app
  3. Continue update
  4. Return to the home screen to see if the problem has been fixed

3. Clear the iPad cache

  1. Open the app
  2. Press down on the power button (this is the button above the camera hole) until the power slider appears on the screen
  3. Press down on the home button (circle button on the iPad) until the app quits and displays the home screen
  4. The iPad will hang for a few seconds; the cache has now been cleared
  5. Return to the app to see if the issue has been resolved
