Pest Portal Help



What do you need help with?

I am having login issues.
Your Pest Portal login has now been changed to your Ecolab username and password (same information for Ecolab email, Workday and InsideEcolab).  If you do not know your password, you may have it reset be calling 1-800-826-9573.
 
I have reset my password and still cannot login.
If you have attempted to reset your password and cannot get the application to take your new login, we recommend uninstalling the application and then reinstalling.  To delete the program, tap and hold the Pest Portal icon until it starts shaking.  Once it is shaking, tap the "X" in the top left corner of the icon to uninstall the application.  Finally, open the "Pest App Store" on your device and reinstall the application.
I cannot see all of my service reports.
If you are missing service reports, click here to email BAM Support.  Please include specific information about what you are missing (i.e. account numbers, district numbers etc.)
I need to add or update content located on Pest Portal.
If you would like to have new material added or existing material updated, click here to email BAM Support.  Please attach the material and include specific information about it.
How do I access the Pest Portal from a computer?
