In consideration of being permitted to attend a course in the instruction of firearms, I am providing valuable compensation to Danielle Kohler/Arms-R-Us LLC and I, the undersigned, agree to the following: I understand that firearms are inherently dangerous and may cause serious injury or death even when used properly with care. I agree to follow firearm safety rules and will follow each as appropriate to the situation.

ALWAYS TREAT FIREARMS AS IF THEY ARE LOADED.
1. ALWAYS KEEP FIREARMS POINTED IN A SAFE DIRECTION.
2. ALWAYS KEEP FIREARM UNLOADED UNTIL READY TO USE.
3. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL READY TO FIRE.
Firearms are to remain holstered or bagged until otherwise instructed by the Range Master.

I understand that safe firearm handling is my responsibility. I understand that my firearm education does not end with the personal instruction I receive here, and that it is my responsibility to continue my education through practice, reading, and participation in more advanced courses and/or competition. I alone clearly assume the risk of taking part in the course for instruction in firearms and taking part in the activities on the Premises, which include, but are not limited to, instruction in the use of firearms, the discharge of firearms and the firing of live ammunition. I furthermore acknowledge and agree that I have read, understand and will at all times abide by all range rules and procedures and any other rules and procedures stated by the Instructor. I further agree as follows: 1. That should I or any other person inspect the facilities and equipment to be used, and the facilities or equipment are unsafe, I will immediately report unsafe conditions and take all precautions and no longer use such unsafe facilities or equipment. 2. I fully understand and acknowledge that: (a) There are risks and dangers associated with handling firearms, which could result in bodily injury partial and/or total disability, paralysis and death. (b) The personal injury and economic losses and/or damages, which could result from these risks and dangers described above, could be severe. (c) There may be other risks not known or are not reasonably foreseeable at his time. 3. I accept and assume such risks and responsibility for the losses and/or damages following such injury, disability, paralysis or death, however caused and whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees named below. 4. I, including my successors and assigns, HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE ARMS-R-US, LLC, including its owners, managers, and each of them, their directors, officers, agents, employees, instructors, all for the purposes herein referred to as “Releasees” FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, including my personal representatives, assigns, executors, heirs and next to kin FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES OR DAMAGES AND ANY CLAIMS OR DEMANDS THEREFORE ON ACCOUNT OF ANY INJURY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INJURY, DEATH OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE INSTRUCTION, FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE. 5. I further expressly agree that the foregoing release and waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of Nevada and that if any portion is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding continue in full legal force and effect. 6. If, despite this release, any person makes a claim against any of the Releases, I or my estate will reimburse the Releasees for any money, which it has incurred to defend Releasees. I, the Undersigned, clearly understand that this instrument is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law, and this instrument binds me and my executors, personal representatives, administrators, assignees, heir and next of kin.
