OCR Contractors: Submit Westlaw User Agreement

For free Westlaw access (OCR contractors only), whether or not you have attended an optional training, execute an OCR Westlaw User Agreement to upload below. After submitting this form below, Westlaw will process it and, once verified, you will receive a registration key at the email address you provided on the User Agreement. Click Register in that email to start using Westlaw.

Optional checklist to make sure your User Agreement will be accepted and processed successfully:

I completed all fields on both pages, including signature (both pages are required).

I entered my physical address, not a P.O. box (per Westlaw's requirement).

My email address is clear and legible on the agreement. (Note that typing into the agreement is the best option.)

My email address is unique to me (not shared with another contractor).

I, the individual "User," have a current contract with OCR (or am employed at the Denver or El Paso OCR office).

If all of the above are true, finish this form below and you will receive Westlaw access shortly. If anything above is not true of your User Agreement, it may be rejected or processed incorrectly by Westlaw, so we strongly recommend making corrections before proceeding.
