- At least five of each year's ten hours must be from OCR-Sponsored training (i.e., hosted by OCR).
- Up to five hours may be from the OCR-Approved training list.
- Two of the ten hours must be on Equity, Diversity & Inclusion ("EDI").
This form lists all approved training that occurred since 7/1/22 organized by the categories above, pre-fills any Fall Conference hours you reported in the fall, and the last page visually summarizes anything remaining for you to do. There are links to OCR recordings/materials (same password as Litigation Toolkit). If a training had EDI components(s), there is space to enter completed EDI hours (use the "view online" link's materials/agenda to identify sessions if needed). It is not necessary to enter more than the minimum nor to send a CLE affidavit form to OCR. The last page has space to type the name, date viewed since July, and hours completed of approved training that is not listed on the form (OCR staff must follow up with you if any such "other" training entered does not fulfill the requirements).
