Any mobility issues or accommodations needed?

In the past, individuals with special mobility or accommodations needs have enjoyed Twin Valleys. However, most of Twin Valleys' property remains wild and undeveloped. Thus, accomodating non-ambulatory individuals presents a serious problem. Additionally, Twin Valleys lacks paved trails and special toilet and shower facilities.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is provided during your retreat. Please note that on arrival dates only dinner is provided, and on departure dates only brunch is served.

Notices

Arrival & Departure Times:

Arrival: Campers may arrive no earlier than 3:00 pm on arrival days.

Departure: Campers must depart Twin Valleys no later than noon on departure days.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $25.00 registration fee is required to reserve your space and full payment is due by Friday July 19, 2024. Reimbursement, minus the $25.00 registration fee, will be refunded for cancellations received on or before Friday July 19, 2024.

Release From Liability

Having chosen to participate in The Adirondack Astronomy Retreat, I hereby release College Auxiliary Services Inc., SUNY Plattsburgh and NJAG, its staff members, Board of Directors, and any and all other persons employed by the aforementioned organizations from any and all liability for bodily injury, emotional injury, or loss of property.

This release is binding upon my heirs, executors and assigns.
