ACH Authorization Agreement
When you click on the above acceptance and provide your bank account information to us, you authorize Allegiant Partners Incorporated to withdraw funds by electronic transfer from the account identified by you. The amount withdrawn will be the amount described within your finance or lease agreement, and date of withdrawal will be the date specified during the verbal agreement. If payment due date falls on a non-business day or national holiday, payment due date will fall upon the next full business day. This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel it. You may cancel your authorization at any time by emailing Allegiant Partners Incorporated at cs@apfinancing.com or by mailing written consent to our physical office. Notice of cancellation must be received 3 business days prior to payment due date, to be effective. If any payment is rejected due to insufficient funds, Allegiant Partners Incorporated will charge a $25 fee and your bank may also charge you a fee. You agree that the payments authorized by you must comply with the terms of U.S. law. Please print or save a copy of this authorization for your records.
