Our team is entirely on their feet throughout their shift. Team members consistently are lifting and carrying boxes, 60 pound yogurt containers, lifting 2-gallon buckets above head to clean machines, etc.
Our team uses a Smart Phone app for scheduling, attendance & communication. However, when at work phones are not permitted (e.g. you can't have your phone in your pocket).
Our store often has yogurts that contain nuts (e.g. peanut butter yogurt, pistachio, etc.) and other common allergens (milk, eggs, kiwi, cherries). Employees must be able to handle these products safely.
