At Hope Lutheran Church, our policy is that money should not prevent students from participating in our ministries or faith based activities. Money is set aside, in the form of scholarships, and is available to members who need some assistance. In order to receive a scholarship, this form must be filled out. If you wish to put money toward the event/program, and receive a scholarship for the difference, please indicate the amount needed. All scholarships will be reviewed by the office staff and will remain completely confidential.
All forms must be received by the registration deadline for the event/program. The church office will call to make the payment on your behalf for the amount requested. Office staff will send you verification that payment has been made.
