In consideration of your accepting my entry to the Key West Ford Show & Shine, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and anyone else who may claim on my behalf, covenant not to sure, and waive release and discharge the Downtown New Westminster BIA, its members, volunteers and all sponsors, or anyone acting on their behalf, for any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury, or property damage of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of it, or in the course of my participation in this event. The release and waiver extends to all claims of every nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown.
