This Trial Agreement is entered into this day of , 20 by and between IPitomy Communications, LLC (“IPitomy”) and , hereafter referred to as "Customer", for the purpose of testing IPitomy Cloud PBX services. This agreement shall be for a period of time not to exceed 7 business days from the time that service is turned up. Customer understands that this is a trial with normal traffic in order to test IPitomy’s Cloud PBX services and will be liable for any fraud or abuse.

IPitomy will provide a demo IPitomy account with 1 Sofpthone and 1 DID to the Customer for the purposes of this trial agreement. Upon the successful installation, IPitomy will provide trial account services with domestic dialing capability. IPitomy may discontinue the trial at any time. On the 7th day the account will either be converted to a paid account or cancelled. Test DIDs provided in the trial are for test purposes only. Test DIDs will be disconnected after the trial period ends.

Important Notice: E911 IS NOT PROVIDED DURING TRIALS

I understand at the end of the Trial period that all IPitomy services will be cancelled and disconnected if an order is not placed

This agreement shall be for a period of time of 7 calendar days from the time that service is turned up. Customer understands that this is a trial with normal traffic in order to test IPitomy’s SIP Trunk services and will be liable for any fraud or abuse.

IPitomy will provide a demo IPitomy account with 2 (two) SIP trunks and 1 (one) DID to the “Customer” for the purposes of this trial agreement on SIP services.
