EVC Facility Reservation Form for ON Campus Users

To reserve a facility for an event on campus, please proceed with completing and submitting the form at least 4 weeks prior to the event.
Please allow 4 to 7 business days to get confirmation on your facility request.
If you are an EVC Student Club you must be Chartered by ASG before submitting an EVC Facility Form.
PLEASE NOTE:  If your event occurs outside the normal buisnes days and hours, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM you will be subject to pay any additional personnel fees.
